Traditional approaches to team and group building involve training on personality styles and group dynamics. This knowledge is important as it provides awareness and a context for understanding behaviors, but in and of itself this knowledge will not build a more cohesive or high functioning team.
Connection Point Coaching has created a coaching program that is very beneficial for people who work together in a variety of settings.
Sparking Momentum: Team and Group Coaching Phase One
This is a six-month program designed to help individuals in a group or team build greater self awareness, take ownership of problems, create accountability to better actions and achievement of goals.
The first phase of this program is fun and interactive and teaches concepts Traci has created to help individuals and teams work more dynamically together in order to achieve better results. Aspects of the mind body connection are taught and demonstrated within this course.
Optimizing Performance: Team and Group Coaching Phase Two
This six-month program is a continuation of concepts presented in phase one and drives to a deeper level of personal accountability and change. Utilizing the concepts learned in phase one, participants identify what is ‘stopping’ or ‘blocking’ them from making changes. The concepts of mind body connection and how the brain records experiences that can lead to blocks are taught. A variety of energy psychology techniques are utilized to help eliminate the blocks. Phase two is very interactive and informative and empowers participants to recognize they have the power to change and impact their businesses and lives in healthy ways.
Team and group coaching is offered for groups ranging in size from three to 15 and is usually conducted on site. The format consists of one to two visits per month for a fixed period of time, which typically ranges from six months to one year. This is a great vehicle for building teams and enhancing management and leadership skills.
